The Fall season could be one of the colour explosives of the year, highlighting the turning of leaves into golds, oranges, rust, and deep maroon shades.
One cannot deny the beauty of the turning leaves while driving through hills or valleys. It is also true, that flower nurseries have multiple flowers showing off these colours as well. Take the cone flowers in shades of yellow, red, and even orange. Or, the wonderful mums this time of year, showing off in the many colours of the fall season. Dragon breath blooms, along with deep red coral bells can be stunning, and it makes me want to bring home one of everything.
But, since I still have a plethora of deep red roses blooming, plus marigolds, I have decided to arrange the two together. This makes me feel that I can have my own explosive colours right on my table. Rather than going to the various garden centers and spending more money, just be creative, and use what you have right in your own yard. You will be surprised what one can put together. I made an arrangement today, and sure enough, the compliments poured in. Red roses, and Marigolds, oh, my.
