NOTE: This is the bet I have ever eaten, even in Florida. Real Key limes are sometimes hard to find, so I sometimes use regular limes that work just as well . This is a keeper recipe that that you will use again and again.

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Combine cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes; cool. Lower oven to 325-degrees.
- In large bowl, stir together the milk and lime juice until well blended. Pour into crust. Bake pie uncovered at 325-degrees for 25 to 28 minutes. Chill 3 to 4 hours until firm.
- Starting at edge of pie, flute canned whipped cream to a 3-inch rim all around. Slice 1 lime into thin slices on a cutting board. Let lime slices dry slightly on paper towel, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with sugar and let dry completely. Cut slices in half, and twist to make a curl. Garnish pie with sugared lime slices. Serves 8.
