NOTE: These little red and green stuffed peppers are not only attractive, but very tasty. They make great appetizers for parties, or just anytime you want a fun food.
Ingredients:
- 1 (16-ounce) jar Mezzetta pickled sweet cherry peppers
- 2 slices provolone cheese, finely chopped
- 2 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced, or 2 slices Genoa salami, finely chopped
