My husband Bill and I decided to have lunch there today, and I must say the expierence was delightful. Sitting at a window booth, and watching the many small planes take off and land was fun. Bill chose the Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwich, and I chose the Quesadilla Burger, served with salsa. Both were very good, and the fresh iced tea topped it off.
I happened to bring my cookbooks along, Rosalie Serving Best Loved Italian, and Rosalie Serving Country, and the sweet owner offered to let me booksign this coming Saturday. So, if you are in the Terre Haute, Indiana area, please stop by and enjoy this quaint cafe. You won’t be disapointed.
