Cooking Class -Clinton Library, Clinton, Indiana

The Clinton Public Library in Clinton, Indiana, opened its doors in 1911.  Over 500 books were circulated the first day.   The city of Clinton was established in 1829 and is named for DeWitt Clinton, governor of New York from 1817 to 1823.  Many of Clinton’s original settlers were immigrants working in coal mines, many from Italy.

This Library is very progressive, hosting various authors giving reviews on their books, provides extensive services and programs for the community, focusing on literacy, career support and access to technology and history.  The library hosts trivia nights, story times for children, authors day, and many other community events.

I am privileged to be at the Library on the evening of October 6, 2025.  I will be hosting a cooking class from my cookbooks, Rosalie Serving Best Loved Italian and Rosalie Serving Italian.  The class will consist of giving the guests a lists of essential cooking tips, how to entertain your own family using cherished family recipes, and how to preserve the family table.  One of the features of the evening will include Rosalie demonstrating her Sweet Yeast Rolls recipe.  Please come, bring a friend, and have fun for the duration of the 2-class.
